Cryptocurrency Markets Dip Amid Ongoing Fears
Cryptocurrency markets are experiencing a downturn, with major assets showing weakness in morning trading. This comes after a positive week for the sector, but analysts caution that fears of potential pitfalls remain.
A note from CryptoQuant highlights that while risk-reward has improved, it is not yet fully de-risked. The firm believes that downside pressure is lower as large holders accumulate, signaling the last stage of the bear market.
However, from a valuation standpoint, some further downside remains possible before a confirmed floor. Bitcoin is down 1.3% at $64,200, while ethereum falls 2.3% to $1,876 and XRP sheds 2% to $1.02. Solana is also 1.8% lower at $75.83.
