Mark Cuban recently shared his disappointment in Bitcoin's performance during market stress. In an interview, he stated that he has sold most of his BTC holdings and criticized the cryptocurrency for failing to act as a hedge during the U.S.-Iran conflict.

Cuban originally viewed Bitcoin as a superior version of gold but was disappointed by its price behavior. He added that he remains less 'disappointed' in Ethereum, while dismissing memecoins as 'garbage.'

However, data shows that Bitcoin has outperformed gold since the conflict began. Gold prices have declined over 15%, while Bitcoin's price has risen by over 16%. Ethereum's gained nearly 9% during this time.
