Cumberland Transfers $6.65M in Digital Assets to Bybit and Binance

Cumberland, an institutional crypto liquidity provider, has made significant transactions to two major centralized exchanges.

According to on-chain data, Cumberland transferred approximately $6.65 million in digital assets within a short period of time.

The transactions originated from wallet 0x091D and included 108,090 HYPE tokens worth around $5.95 million sent to Bybit, while 700,000 USDT was transferred to Binance.

The purpose behind these transfers is unclear, but experts note that on-chain deposits to exchanges do not necessarily indicate an intent to sell as they could also be related to liquidity management or operational activity.
