Curve Sees Surge in Activity with Attractive Yields Across Pools
Curve's decentralized finance ecosystem saw significant activity in Week 35, with some pools offering attractive yields. The sUSG/reUSD pool led estimated USD yields at 23.7%, but most top rates remain heavily incentive-driven rather than fee-supported. In contrast, the sUSG/reUSD pool earns a substantial 8.98 percentage points of its rate from fees, making it the strongest disclosed fee component among highlighted pools.
Lending yields are more restrained, with Llamalend supply rates topping out at 6.7% for USDC/WBTC on Optimism and crvUSD/svZCHF on Ethereum. Curve's protocol metrics also strengthened during the week, with PegKeeper reserves climbing to $65 million and DEX volume jumping 91.2% to $1.1 billion.
Curve DAO has raised the crvUSD credit line for the sreUSD LlamaLend market from $15 million to $30 million, while yRisk was selected as risk assessor through a preference vote that received 536.9 million CRV in favor and none against.
