CXMT, a Chinese memory chip manufacturer, has secured a significant stake in the first pure-storage DRAM Memory ETF. The fund launched on April 2 with an impressive $245.5 billion in assets under management (AUM) and has seen returns of 161.5% despite a sector pullback.

The ETF's weighting highlights the dominance of storage leaders Samsung, Micron, and SK Hynix, which together account for over 73% of the fund. CXMT follows GigaDevice as the second A-share memory name to gain inclusion in the ETF, pushing its market cap above $3 trillion RMB (briefly exceeding $4 trillion RMB).

The Hyperliquid Perps platform allows users to trade perpetual contracts on CXMT's stock price expectations rather than traditional IPO fundamentals. The starting price of these contracts is set at $5 USD and operates within the discovery bounds of 1.05-17.92 USD, as dictated by 20x leverage and seven 20% re-anchoring steps.
