CZ Transfers $965K to Giggle Academy Amid Meme Coin Clutter
Binance founder Changpeng 'CZ' Zhao has transferred $965,000 in BNB and 币安人生 tokens to Giggle Academy, an education project focused on providing free learning platforms for children worldwide. The transfer was made after CZ announced plans to empty his public wallet due to the presence of unsolicited meme coins that made it difficult to locate his BNB holdings.
CZ stated in a recent post that he had been testing Trust Wallet when numerous unwanted tokens cluttered the address, making it hard to find his BNB. He initially planned to remove some unwanted tokens by burning them but decided against it as this would only spark further speculation about whether his activity represented an endorsement or market signal.
The transferred assets include 1,440 BNB worth approximately $872,000 and 182,620 币安人生 tokens valued at around $93,000. This move aligns with CZ's intention to donate the remaining BNB and 币安人生 holdings to Giggle Academy.
