Damon to Headline Ripple's Swell Event with Top Executives
Academy Award-winning actor and screenwriter Matt Damon will appear as a featured speaker at Ripple's upcoming Swell event, scheduled to take place from October 27-29, 2026, in New York City.
The event brings together the global financial community, with top Ripple executives including CEO Brad Garlinghouse, President Monica Long, and CTO Emeritus David Schwartz also set to speak.
As a co-founder of water.org, Damon's appearance is significant due to his organization's partnership with Ripple. Water.org uses Ripple Payments and the RLUSD stablecoin to improve the speed and transparency of aid delivery.
Ripple has expanded its services in recent months, including the launch of its Delta One business within Ripple Prime, a global prime brokerage platform that enables clients to execute Total Return Swaps across U.S.-listed equities, indices, and digital assets.
