DASH Price Sees Boost from Zcash ETF's Rise to $400M
DASH is joining the growing momentum in the privacy coin space, thanks to Zcash's rising popularity. Grayscale's Zcash ETF has reached $400 million in assets and surpassed its initial listing value of $300 million. This surge has propelled ZEC above $1,000, with its holdings near 429,000 units.
The increase in Zcash's market capitalization is drawing traders to smaller privacy and payment coins like DASH. A golden cross has formed between the 50- and 200-day exponential moving averages, providing technical support for the price rise.
At $54.10, DASH still needs its own demand to sustain its growth. If it maintains its position above $52, the next target could be around $72, representing a 40% increase from the current level. However, failing to hold this key support level may send prices back toward $40 or lower.
Rising money inflows and increasing daily transactions on DASH indicate ongoing network activity and usage, supporting the rally's momentum. While RSI signals caution with its value at 75.91, other indicators such as the AO histogram, MACD, and CMF remain positive, suggesting continued bullish movement.
