DDC Enterprises Sees 29% Revenue Growth, Bitcoin Holdings Surge
DDC Enterprises reported a significant revenue growth of 29% year-over-year for the first half of 2026, reaching $20.2 million. The company's gross profit grew by 17.5% to $6.1 million during this period. DDC's food business generated positive adjusted EBITDA of $1.2 million.
The company attributed its GAAP net loss of $38.4 million primarily to non-cash bitcoin mark-to-market adjustments during a period of price weakness. Despite this, DDC's total cash and short-term investments stood at $21.6 million as of June 30, 2026.
DDC's bitcoin holdings increased by 145% to 2,899 units as of the letter's date, with a portion serving as collateral for secured financing. The company is pursuing new financing alternatives to fund continued bitcoin treasury accumulation and reduce reliance on bitcoin-collateralized financing.
