DDC Enterprises Sees 29% Revenue Growth, Expands Bitcoin Holdings Significantly
DDC Enterprises reported strong financial growth in the first half of 2026. The company's revenue increased by 29% year-over-year to $20.2 million. Gross profit rose 17.5% to $6.1 million, and the food business generated positive adjusted EBITDA of $1.2 million.
The company reported a net loss of $38.4 million, mainly due to non-cash mark-to-market adjustments during a period of price weakness. However, DDC's working capital improved significantly from negative $12.2 million at the end of 2025 to positive $39.4 million as of June 30, 2026.
The company's total cash and short-term investments stood at $21.6 million, while its bitcoin holdings increased by 145% to 2,899 coins. DDC is exploring new financing alternatives to fund continued bitcoin accumulation and reduce reliance on collateralized financing.
