DDC Enterprises reported a 29% year-over-year revenue increase to $20.2 million for the first half of FY26, driven by its Asian food platform.

The company expanded its Bitcoin treasury by 145% to 2,899 coins, marking a significant shift in its capital allocation strategy.

Despite the top-line growth, DDC posted a GAAP net loss of $38.4 million, which management attributed almost entirely to non-cash mark-to-market adjustments on its Bitcoin holdings during a period of price weakness.

The core food business demonstrated improving profitability metrics alongside revenue growth, with gross profit rising 17.5% to $6.1 million and Adjusted EBITDA reaching $1.2 million.
