DefiLlama Links with Foggd Market Maker Leaderboard

DeFiLlama has integrated Foggd's cryptocurrency market maker leaderboard into its platform. This integration allows users to compare market makers by exchange and assess liquidity backing individual tokens. The data is collected from over 500 token projects and 35 market-making firms.

Ryan Selaji, head of research at DefiLlama, noted that the integration adds signals to assess execution quality and market resilience, in addition to trading volume and liquidity indicators.

The leaderboard scores can be influenced not only by actual trading performance but also by the scope of data market makers provide to Foggd. Foggd launched the leaderboard in May and did not disclose financial terms related to the integration with DefiLlama.
