DEXE Price Makes Surprise Recovery After Sharp Collapse
DEXE's price has rebounded by approximately 100% after experiencing one of its sharpest collapses to date. The token dropped from elevated levels to a long-standing demand zone between $1.86 and $3.35, which has held since 2021.
An on-chain analyst suggests that market maker DWF may have contributed to the decline by generating mirror tokens on an exchange for trading. These mirror positions were allegedly sold before the original collateral was settled, leading to a sharp market drop.
However, this theory remains speculative as the DEXE team has not issued an official clarification confirming the claims.
The token's recovery is still uncertain, and recovering from such a severe collapse will be challenging. Assets that experience pump-and-dump style moves often struggle to regain investor confidence.
