DEXE Price Rebounds 100% After Crash
DEXE's price has made a remarkable recovery after plummeting to a recent low. The token briefly touched $1.86 before rebounding to around $3.77, marking a 100% rise from its previous low.
This sudden reversal has left investors scrambling for answers as the cause of the collapse remains unclear. An on-chain analyst has suggested that market maker DWF's involvement with Ceffu's MirrorX mechanism may have contributed to the sharp decline. According to the theory, Falcon allegedly obtained DEXE tokens after supporting the asset as platform collateral and sold mirror positions before settling the original collateral.
However, this remains community speculation, and the DEXE team has not confirmed the claims. The token's return to a demand zone that has repeatedly acted as a major accumulation zone since 2021 is a positive sign, but recovering from such a severe collapse won't be easy. Assets that experience pump-and-dump style moves often struggle to regain investor confidence.
