DEXE Stages Dramatic Rebound from 90% Crash

The decentralized exchange token DEXE experienced a massive crash earlier this week, plummeting over 90% to below $4. However, in a dramatic turn of events, the token staged a sharp rebound by 35.8% on July 26, 2026, driven by a derivatives short squeeze and spot accumulation.

The crash was puzzling given the absence of a clear protocol-level catalyst. On-chain analyst Ai Yi highlighted large transfers of nearly 800,000 DEXE tokens from custody platform Ceffu to Binance starting July 13, 2026, but no direct link to the crash was confirmed.

DEXE's sharp rebound began precisely at a historically significant support zone between $1.86 and $3.35. This range has acted as a floor in previous cycles, making it a natural magnet for buyers and short-covering.
