DigiTap Offers Earlier Entry as Bitcoin Tests $80K
Bitcoin's recent price action is being driven by Federal Reserve rate fears rather than a lack of crypto demand. Economists polled by Reuters expect a 25 basis point rate hike at the September 15-16 meeting, following strong inflation data that strengthens the case for tighter policy.
This development puts pressure on risk assets as cash and bonds become more competitive for capital. Bitcoin has rebuilt substantially from its August lows near $60,000, but its immediate direction is uncertain. Options positioning has turned more bullish, with some traders discussing year-end levels above $80,000 if BTC can absorb the macro pressure.
DigiTap ($TAP) offers a different entry point for investors. The token remains at $0.0589 in Round 4 of its presale, with over 85% sold and more than $11.78 million raised. This price is less than half the $0.14 listing price, giving retail investors an earlier entry point before the public chart.
Two independent audits by Coinsult and SolidProof have added confidence in DigiTap's token contract. The beta app is already downloadable through the Apple App Store and Google Play, setting it apart from other early-stage tokens that ask buyers to fund an idea first.
