Dinari Brings Tokenized Stocks to Blockchain with Over 700 S&P 500 Listings
Dinari has made it possible for eligible U.S. investors and businesses to buy and sell over 700 tokenized U.S. stocks using USDC through self-custody wallets.
The company, which is building blockchain infrastructure for tokenized securities, has partnered with Circle to make the full S&P 500 available across supported blockchain networks.
Each dShare, Dinari's tokenized equities, is backed by a real stock held in qualified custody, giving investors access to features like dividends and voting rights. The launch brings together two financial systems that have usually operated separately.
Dinari CEO Gabriel Otte said, 'For decades, investing and digital assets have existed in separate financial systems. This launch brings them together, allowing investors to move seamlessly between stablecoins and U.S. equities while preserving the protections of traditional capital markets.'
