Dinari Brings Tokenized Stocks to US Investors via Blockchain Partnership
Dinari, a San Mateo-based company co-founded by alums of Stripe and Apple, has partnered with Circle to offer tokenized stocks to U.S. investors.
The S&P 500 will be put on the blockchain, making tokenized shares available to U.S. investors for the first time.
Cofounder and CEO Gabriel Otte believes that one day, 'the token itself will be the trusted ledger of the stock,' allowing true ownership.
Dinari's model uses a wallet-based system where users can fund accounts instantly with USDC stablecoin, replacing the traditional brokerage stack.
