Dinari Expands Tokenized Equity Trading to Eligible US Investors

Instruments
ETH USDC AVAX ARB
Share

Dinari has launched tokenized S&P 500 trading for eligible US investors. Users can buy and trade blockchain-based shares of every S&P 500 company directly from self-custody wallets funded with Circle's USDC stablecoin.

The platform, which operates across Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, and Avalanche networks, uses a regulated custodian to hold one underlying security for each token. This allows users to access the benefits of traditional brokerage accounts without having to open one.

dShares, as Dinari calls them, are backed by actual shares and come with dividends, voting rights, and corporate actions connected to those shares. The platform distributes cash dividends in USDC and records ownership through blockchain infrastructure.
