Dogecoin Bulls Eye Reversal as Whale Accumulation Signals Potential Bottom
Dogecoin (DOGE) is showing signs of a potential bullish reversal after suffering a sharp correction from its recent high. The cryptocurrency's price reached approximately $0.1007 on August 22 before reversing lower, with the subsequent decline pushing DOGE down more than 17% to around $0.0828.
According to crypto analyst Ali Charts, technical indicators and bullish candlestick structures suggest that the meme coin could be approaching the end of its latest pullback. The Tom DeMark Sequential indicator is also signaling a potential buy signal on Dogecoin's daily chart, which could indicate weakening selling pressure and a shift from bearish sentiment to market uncertainty.
Major investors have allegedly bought up to 400 million DOGE over the last five days, indicating that large holders are taking advantage of the price decline for accumulating purposes. On-chain data also suggests that $0.0813 is an essential support zone for Dogecoin, with a total of 35 billion DOGE previously transacted in this zone.
