Dogecoin Eyes 30% Breakout as Shiba Inu Network Sees Sharp Decline
Dogecoin (CRYPTO: DOGE) is showing signs of strength as it forms a bullish flag pattern on its hourly chart. Analyst Ali Martinez has identified a potential breakout towards $0.115, representing a 30% increase from current levels.
The key support level to hold on any pullback is $0.081, while the resistance level to watch is $0.090. If Dogecoin closes above $0.090, it could trigger the breakout target.
Meanwhile, Shiba Inu's Layer-2 network, Shibarium, has seen a significant drop in total value locked, falling 74% in just 48 hours. This comes despite Shiba Inu (CRYPTO: SHIB) holding up in price, indicating that traders are pulling capital off the network.
The sharp decline in on-chain liquidity suggests that investors may be preparing for a potential sell-off. The SHIB burn rate has also dropped 10% over the last 24 hours, reducing one of the token's deflationary supports.
