Dogecoin Flashes Buy Signal Near Crucial Support Zone
Dogecoin is showing signs of technical reversal as it trades near $0.07. The TD Sequential indicator has flashed a buy signal on the monthly chart, indicating that a rebound could be imminent.
A key support zone at $0.056 is being closely watched by analysts, and if Dogecoin can hold above this level, it could open the door for upside. According to analyst Ali Charts, a successful defense of support could send Dogecoin toward $0.16 first, with the top of the channel near $0.45 as the broader upside target.
A separate analysis from XForceGlobal points to a potential triangle formation building on the Dogecoin chart. The trader described the setup as one worth monitoring closely in the coming weeks, and suggested that holding above an invalidation level could support a substantial move higher, potentially as high as ten to twenty times current levels.
The post of recent inflows into spot Dogecoin ETFs is also seen as a positive sign for the token. The funds recorded their first inflows since June 17 this week, taking in $345,130 in net inflows on July 21. While modest in size, the figure breaks a lengthy stretch without fresh capital entering these products.
