Dogecoin Network Activity Surges: Is This The Bottom Signal?
After months of weak price action, Dogecoin's (DOGE) ecosystem is showing signs of revival. Network activity has jumped 16% in just one week, with weekly active addresses increasing from around 38,000 to more than 44,000. This surge in activity suggests that capital is returning to the ecosystem, which could be a bullish signal for DOGE.
Crypto analyst Ash Crypto believes that Dogecoin is approaching one of its strongest long-term buying opportunities in years. According to him, DOGE is now trading at one of its most oversold levels ever after correcting nearly 90% from its all-time high. Similar conditions have historically appeared near major market bottoms.
However, the broader trend remains cautious, and Dogecoin still has multiple hurdles to overcome before a significant recovery can occur. The immediate resistance sits near $0.075, but the decisive breakout level remains around $0.083, where the upper boundary of the descending channel converges with previous horizontal resistance.
