Dogecoin Price Sees Signs of Reversal as Analysts Predict Potential Move Above $2.82
Dogecoin's price is still bearish in the larger time frame, but several technical signals indicate it may be nearing a reversal. Analysts Javon Marks, Ali Charts, and Trader Tardigrade have identified chart patterns that suggest a possible bullish move.
Javon Marks examined Dogecoin's performance across its 2017 and 2021 cycles, applying Fibonacci extension levels to each one. He believes another dominant altcoin cycle could allow Dogecoin price to repeat the historical pattern of moving beyond the 1.618 Fibonacci level.
The chart shows that Dogecoin crossed this level during both previous cycles, with Marks predicting a possible move above $2.82 in the current cycle. However, he notes that this prediction depends heavily on historical repetition and is subject to various market factors such as liquidity, investor demand, and the strength of the next altcoin cycle.
