Dogecoin Surges to Two-Week High Amid Altseason Bets
Dogecoin (DOGE) surprised investors on Saturday evening by jumping to $0.094, a two-week high. The sudden increase was unexpected given the typical calm nature of weekends.
Despite being rejected at $0.088 and slipping back down to $0.084 following the strong US jobs report, DOGE exploded in the evening, gaining 12% from its low yesterday. Analysts point out that this move is a sign of a potential altseason.
CW noted that DOGE has reached the first major sell wall on its path forward, which is too solid to be broken now. If it falls, though, the next such wall sits at $0.14.
Popular analyst Alex Marzell believes DOGE did 'exactly what it needed to,' rebounding from Friday's lows and reclaiming a key resistance level. He expects DOGE to continue its upward momentum.
