Dogecoin Surges Toward $0.20 Target Amid Bullish Reversal Signals

Dogecoin has been on an upward trend after reaching an eight-week high of $0.156 on Tuesday. The cryptocurrency had previously declined more than 50% from its Q2 2025 peaks, but it has now recovered nearly all of those losses in just eight days.

Trader Tardigrade noted a pair of Tweezer candlesticks on the monthly chart that typically signal bullish reversals. This is backed up by the three-day chart, which displays a three-month falling wedge pattern. Dogecoin has breached the upper boundary, triggering an initial move toward the $0.140-$0.150 zone.

The cryptocurrency appears to be forming a bullish pennant on the daily chart, with a breakout from this formation potentially triggering a 40% advance toward $0.20. However, Dogecoin's price must close above $0.142 to maintain the pattern. Analyst Ali Martinez warns that Dogecoin is 'hanging by a thread,' trading within critical support between local lows of $0.118 and recent highs.
