Dogecoin Trades Sideways as Momentum Improves

Dogecoin (DOGE) has been struggling to regain its footing for months, but recent signs indicate that it may be stabilizing. The cryptocurrency is currently trading around $0.0700, a price range it has consistently defended since July.

Short-term momentum has increased, and the shortest moving average is currently at $0.0711, providing a positive indication. However, the 50-day moving average remains slightly higher at $0.0723, which DOGE is directly testing.

The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is also improving, with its moving average recovering to around 45.8 from a low of 43. This suggests that momentum is no longer as extreme as it was during previous sell-offs.

Despite these signs of stabilization, Dogecoin remains below all major medium- and long-term trend indicators, including the 100-day and 200-day moving averages. A sustained move above $0.072-$0.073 could challenge resistance at $0.081 and strengthen the reversal argument.
