Dogecoin Tumbles Below $0.07 but Analysts See Bullish Signals Reappear
Dogecoin (DOGE) has been struggling to reclaim $0.07 after falling below it for the first time in almost three years, but analysts say technical signals and stronger network activity could support a larger rebound.
The token is about 90% below its 2021 all-time high, which has shifted attention toward whether the latest decline is forming another long-term accumulation phase rather than simply extending the broader downturn.
Crypto analyst Ali Martinez points to multiple consecutive buy signals from Dogecoin's weekly TD Sequential indicator as a potential precursor to a rally. He also notes that active addresses have risen from about 38,000 in July to 44,000 earlier in August, indicating strengthening network activity.
Martinez sees a possible parabolic setup and believes that if DOGE holds the $0.07 to $0.10 range as a major accumulation zone, it could create room for a wider recovery. His nearer target is $0.28, while longer-term projections extend toward $1, $2, and eventually $4 for Dogecoin.
