Dogecoin's On-Chain Data Suggests a Potential Turning Point
After months of weak price action, Dogecoin's on-chain data is showing signs of improvement. The network activity has jumped by 16% in a week, with active wallets climbing to over 44,000. This increase in active addresses suggests that users are engaging more with the ecosystem, and capital is returning.
Crypto analyst Ash Crypto believes that Dogecoin is approaching one of its strongest long-term buying opportunities in years. According to him, DOGE is now at its most oversold levels ever, having corrected nearly 90% from its all-time high. Similar conditions have historically appeared near major market bottoms.
The price action remains inside a descending channel that has controlled Dogecoin's price for several months. However, the structure is beginning to show early signs of weakening as buyers continue defending the $0.067-$0.068 demand zone. Momentum indicators are gradually improving, with the RSI recovering from deeply oversold territory.
While the selling phase may be approaching exhaustion, Dogecoin still has multiple hurdles to overcome before it can break out above key resistance levels and potentially move towards $0.09 or even $0.10.
