Dogecoin's price action is showing signs of a potential trend reversal, according to crypto analyst Ali. The analyst highlighted several indicators aligning for an upside move, with a key resistance level at $0.0813 where over 30 billion DOGE were previously transacted.

A well-known indicator, the Tom DeMark Sequential, flashed a buy signal on Dogecoin's monthly chart last month, pointing to a potential trend reversal. This setup is similar to August 2022, when Dogecoin formed an inverted hammer alongside a TD buy signal, which was followed by a 145% monthly rally.

Currently, DOGE is trading at $0.069, with a death cross recently appearing on its hourly chart. Large holders have accumulated more than 430 million DOGE over the past week, adding conviction to the bullish technical setup.
