Doppler Expands to Solana with Native Rebuild Amid Growing Token Activity
Doppler, the token launch protocol built by Whetstone Research, is expanding to Solana (SOL) with a native rebuild. This move comes after Doppler raised a $9 million seed round in Q2 2025 and currently powers over 40,000 daily asset creations representing more than $1.5 billion in aggregate value.
The protocol operates as a Uniswap v4 hook that automates initial price discovery through Dutch-auction dynamic bonding curves, offering token deployment, vesting, liquidity bootstrapping, and governance in a single interface. Doppler's integration with Base App, Paragraph, and Bankr has made it the default infrastructure for teams launching on Base.
Austin Adams, founder of Doppler, said the team redesigned the protocol from first principles to accommodate Solana's Virtual Machine (SVM) architectural assumptions, programming model, and economic constraints. 'The SVM has fundamentally different constraints,' Adams noted.
