Draper-Backed Accelerator Seeks Investor-Ready Cardano Startups
Billionaire investor Tim Draper is partnering with the Orion Fund to launch the Apex Growth Accelerator, a program designed to help Cardano-based startups become investor-ready.
The 10-week accelerator will provide participating companies with up to $70,000 in investment and access to Silicon Valley investors, industry experts, and Draper University's broader entrepreneurial network.
Draper described the program as a 'big opportunity' for builders within the Cardano ecosystem, which includes areas such as DeFi infrastructure, real-world assets (RWA), tokenization, enterprise applications, scaling, and other emerging opportunities on Cardano.
The accelerator targets founders who already have substantial businesses or products to build on, rather than early-stage ideas. The program is powered by the $80 million ecosystem fund launched by Cardano and Draper Dragon, with Draper University serving as the acceleration partner.
