Drift Exploiter Transfers $44M Through Tornado Cash After Three Months
The wallet associated with the Drift Protocol exploit has moved $44.4 million in Ethereum (ETH) through Tornado Cash after nearly three months of inactivity.
The funds were transferred in batches, including multiple 100 ETH, 10 ETH, and 1 ETH transactions to the Tornado Cash router.
The wallet had been dormant since the April 2026 breach, where approximately $285-295 million was drained from Drift Protocol.
ZachXBT, an independent investigator, stated that he has no current plans to track the funds further without institutional backing.
