Druckenmiller Bets Big on Digital Assets with $88M in BTDR and Hyperliquid
Stanley Druckenmiller's Duquesne Family Office has made significant investments in digital assets, with a particular focus on Bitdeer Technologies Group (BTDR) and Hyperliquid Strategies. According to the 13F Form filed in August 2026, Druckenmiller built a position in BTDR by purchasing 4.1 million shares valued at over $64.7 million at an average purchase price of $12.26.
Bitdeer is a global high-performance computing company that manufactures cryptocurrency mining hardware and operates data centers in the U.S. and internationally. The company recently released its Q2 financial results, showing decreased net and gross loss percentages. Additionally, Bitdeer has closed a 16-year, $4.7B AI deal for 121MW at Norway's Tydal campus and broken ground on a plant to produce 10,000 Sealminer units monthly by next year.
Druckenmiller's investment in BTDR coincides with increased holdings from Jane Street and Ken Griffin's Citadel, which now hold over $112 million worth of shares acquired almost fully in Q2. Druckenmiller has also invested in Hyperliquid Strategies indirectly, purchasing 2.9 million shares valued at $23.1 million.
