Dubai Duty Free has become the first airport retailer in the Middle East to introduce regulated digital payment solutions, partnering with Crypto.com Pay. The service allows eligible UAE residents to use their Crypto.com accounts for purchases at airport stores and online.

The rollout integrates crypto-enabled payments into global travel retail, catering to millions of international travelers passing through Dubai's airports. Products available include luxury goods, electronics, cosmetics, and other consumer categories.

Crypto.com Pay operates within the Central Bank of the UAE's regulatory framework for stored value facilities, ensuring customer protection, system security, operational controls, and compliance standards are met.
