Dubai Trains 14,000 Businesses in Agentic AI for Productivity Boost
Dubai's ambitious plan to become a global leader in commercial agentic AI adoption has taken a significant step forward. The emirate has trained over 14,000 businesses through its Dubai Chambers Academy e-learning platform, focusing on practical applications of agentic AI.
The training program covers operations management, productivity enhancement, decision-making frameworks, and business growth strategies. This initiative is the opening phase of a broader two-year private-sector transition program directed by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.
The goal is ambitious: make Dubai the leading global city for commercial agentic AI adoption by 2028. An Executive Committee has been formed to accelerate the push, chaired by Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori alongside former Minister for AI Omar Sultan Al Olama.
