DVLT Stock Plunges as Datavault AI Vows to Defend Against Securities Claims
Datavault AI Inc., the company behind DVLT stock, has seen its shares fall by 4.77% to $0.2034 after trading above $0.22 earlier on Wednesday. This decline follows fresh securities litigation that adds renewed pressure to both the company and several of its officers.
Datavault AI has vowed a strong defense against these claims, stating it will vigorously challenge them through formal proceedings. However, management plans to limit public discussion while the litigation remains active, citing ongoing court proceedings.
The allegations echo those raised in Wolfpack Research's 2025 short report, which questioned parts of Datavault AI's business and public statements. The company later sued Wolfpack Research and its founder, Dan David, over these claims, including defamation, false light, tortious interference, and unjust enrichment.
Datavault AI continues to focus on commercializing its technology platform and expanding exchange infrastructure, with SanQtum being a key development priority. Management also remains committed to integrating acquired assets and advancing pending strategic transactions.
