Eclipse Labs is gearing up to launch its mainnet in October, marking a significant development in blockchain interoperability. The project combines elements from Ethereum, Solana, and Celestia blockchains to address scalability issues in the Web3 space.

Vijay Chetty, CEO of Eclipse Labs, confirmed that public mainnet will be launching at the end of October. The team's goal is to bring 'Web2 scale to Web3' by leveraging the strengths of multiple blockchains and avoiding their perceived weaknesses.

Eclipse utilizes the Solana Virtual Machine for transaction execution and operates as an Ethereum layer 2 solution. It also incorporates Celestia's data storage capabilities, which sets it apart from some competitors that store data off-chain due to cost concerns.
