Eightco Holdings Discloses $380 Million in Total Holdings Amid Growing AI Landscape

Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS) has disclosed its total holdings of approximately $380 million as of September 2, 2026. The company's treasury composition includes investments in OpenAI, Beast Industries, and Worldcoin (WLD), along with significant cash reserves.

The largest single investment is a $90 million stake in special purpose vehicles with exposure to equity interests in the parent company of OpenAI. This represents approximately 24% of Eightco's treasury assets, making it one of the highest disclosed concentrations of any listed vehicle.

In addition to its AI-focused investments, Eightco also holds nearly 302 million WLD tokens, accounting for around 29% of its total holdings and making it the largest publicly disclosed institutional position in Worldcoin globally. The company's exposure to key mega-trends through OpenAI, Worldcoin, and Beast Industries positions Eightco as a leading player in the emerging AI and digital identity landscapes.
