Eightco Holdings Discloses Treasury Holdings of $380 Million, Exposes Stakes in OpenAI, Worldcoin

NASDAQ-listed Eightco Holdings Inc. (ORBS) has disclosed its treasury composition as of September 2, 2026. The company's total holdings amount to approximately $380 million.

The breakdown shows a significant portion invested in OpenAI with a value of $90 million, an indirect investment through special purpose vehicles. Eightco also holds around $18 million worth of Beast Industries equity and has acquired over 25 million shares of its own common stock under the $125 million share repurchase program announced earlier.

The company's treasury includes nearly 302 million WLD tokens, making it the largest publicly disclosed institutional position globally. Additionally, Eightco holds around $122 million in cash and stablecoins. The company's exposure to OpenAI, Worldcoin, and Beast Industries reflects its focus on three key mega-trends: artificial intelligence, digital identity, and the creator economy.
