Eightco Holdings Reveals $380 Million Treasury Composition

Nasdaq-listed Eightco Holdings Inc. (ORBS) disclosed its treasury composition as of September 2, 2026, which totals approximately $380 million. This amount includes $90 million in indirect OpenAI equity, $18 million in Beast Industries equity, nearly 302 million WLD tokens, and over 16,000 ETH.

The company has been actively repurchasing shares of its common stock under a previously announced $125 million share repurchase program. Over the past month, Eightco has repurchased more than 25 million shares.

Eightco's management believes that the Company's treasury portfolio holds some of the most critical components for the future AI and digital financial system.
