Eightco Holdings' Treasury Holdings Reach Approximately $378 Million

Eightco Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ORBS) has released an update on its total holdings as of August 5, 2026. The company's treasury composition includes a $90 million investment in OpenAI equity through special purpose vehicles, representing approximately 24% of its treasury assets. This indirect exposure to OpenAI is one of the highest disclosed concentrations among listed vehicles.

Eightco also holds nearly $18 million in Beast Industries equity and around $142 million in cash and stablecoins. Additionally, it has a significant position in digital assets, including 16,278 Ethereum (ETH) and nearly 302 million Worldcoin (WLD) tokens, which account for approximately 8.4% of circulating supply.

Eightco's management believes its treasury portfolio holds critical components for the future AI and digital financial system. The company has participated in various funding rounds, including World Foundation's $52.5M round led by Pantera with participation from leading investors such as Bain Capital Crypto and Susquehanna Crypto.
