Eightco Participates in $52.5M Funding Round for World Foundation

Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS) announced its participation in World Foundation's $52.5M funding round, which marks a significant shift from building the network to scaling utility.

The company revealed its treasury composition as of July 26, 2026, with $90 million invested indirectly in OpenAI equity and $18 million in Beast Industries equity, representing approximately 23% and 5% of ORBS' treasury assets, respectively.

Eightco's holdings also include nearly 302 million Worldcoin (WLD) at $0.36 per WLD, making it the largest public holder of WLD with a position valued at around 8% of circulating supply.
