EMCD Unveils $30 Million Support Program for Struggling Bitcoin Miners
EMCD, one of the world's largest Bitcoin mining pools and crypto fintech platforms, has launched the Miner Support Program to aid miners struggling due to the current market conditions. The program provides up to $30 million in support through financing, fee waivers, and partner benefits.
The industry is experiencing its most severe squeeze on profitability since the halving, with the Bitcoin hashrate price falling 50% from its high in October 2025 to approximately $28/PH/day. This has led to a large-scale clearance, with around 252 EH/s of hashrate going offline.
EMCD's program aims to help miners survive this downturn by offering a restructured fee structure, preferential terms for hardware and infrastructure, and liquidity and wealth management products. Miners can apply for collateralized liquidity loans with annual percentage rates as low as 3.9% to cover daily operational expenses without selling assets during market downturns.
Additionally, miners can enjoy waived mining pool fees for 60 consecutive days, preferential pricing on Vnish firmware, and exclusive terms for equipment procurement and data center services through EMCD's Partner Network.
