Emirates Integrates Crypto.com Pay into Its Digital Payment Systems
Emirates airline has launched Crypto.com Pay, allowing customers to use digital payments on its website and app platforms. The feature is available to UAE residents booking flights priced in Emirati Dirham (AED) through emirates.com or the Emirates App.
According to Adnan Kazim, Emirates' Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, 'Bringing this initiative to life delivers on our commitment to expanding customer choice in how they pay for travel.' The airline partnered with Crypto.com in July 2025 and has now integrated their digital payment solution into its systems.
The integration is powered by Crypto.com's Dubai entity, the first Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) to be granted a Stored Value Facilities (SVF) licence by the Central Bank of the UAE. This collaboration supports the Dubai Cashless Strategy under the D33 Economic Agenda, aiming to make 90% of all financial transactions digital by the end of 2026.
