Empery Digital Invests $20M in AI Data Center Developer Cardinal Data Power

Empery Digital has invested $20 million in Cardinal Data Power's Series A funding round, acquiring an approximately 8% stake in the company.

The investment was part of a $70 million funding round, which will support the development of a 750-megawatt data center campus in West Texas.

Cardinal Data Power focuses on developing computing campuses for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing workloads.

Empery Digital has reduced its Bitcoin reserves to 1,514 BTC after selling approximately 1,400 BTC for $87.1 million over a two-month period.
