Empery Digital Unloads $102M Worth of BTC Amid Tightening Treasury

Empery Digital has sold 1,635 BTC for $102.2 million, using the proceeds to repay debt and fund share buybacks.

The company's total Bitcoin holdings fell to 1,279 BTC after the sale, with 954 BTC pledged as collateral.

This leaves Empery Digital with only 325 BTC unrestricted and available for tactical use.

While the company still holds a substantial amount of Bitcoin, the sale highlights the importance of understanding how encumbered those holdings are.
