ENS Labs has revised its treasury proposal after facing pushback from delegates. The DAO will retain custody of its primary operational wallet, including ETH and stablecoins.

The $65 million Endowment Safe will still transition to the Foundation under a timelock and with Security Council cancellation rights.

The 54.6 million ENS tokens held by tokenholders remain unchanged, but the Foundation will receive a 1 million ENS grant that vests over multiple years.
