ETH/BTC Ratio Surges to 3-Month High Amid Bitcoin Dominance
The ETH/BTC ratio has reached its highest level in three months, briefly topping 0.030, up 10.52% over the past month.
This comes as Bitcoin's dominance climbed alongside it, not against it, and other altcoins' combined market share fell by 2.2 percentage points in a month.
Capital is concentrating in the market's two biggest assets, Ethereum and Bitcoin, rather than spreading into smaller altcoins.
Bitcoin's dominance sits near 58.7%, while Ethereum's share climbed to 10.5%.
BitMine chairman Tom Lee views the rising ETH/BTC ratio as a bullish signal for crypto overall, but notes it says little about the median token or smaller altcoins.
