ETH Price Faces Downward Momentum Amid Institutional Inflows
Ethereum's price continues to face challenges as it trades below its key moving averages, indicating sustained downward momentum in the short term. Despite recent institutional capital inflows into spot Ethereum ETFs, totaling $9 million, the overall 30-day cumulative ETF flow remains slightly negative at $8 million.
The launch of the Morgan Stanley Ethereum Trust introduced around $20 million in fresh institutional capital, but this has not been enough to offset ongoing selling pressure. As a result, ETH/USD trades below its key averages amid strong bearish momentum.
Looking ahead, analysts predict that Ethereum will oscillate within the $1,804 to $1,883 volatility band over the next one to two trading days, with a 21% probability of an upward move versus a 79% likelihood of further downside. The baseline scenario is for persistent consolidation in this range.
